Timecard & Clinic Updates
A few quick reminders and updates to help keep everyone on the same page:

Line-up is 15 minutes before the lesson time. Clock out late only if a supervisor asks you to stay (late arrivals, lesson splits, etc.).

If you are assigned a lesson, clock out when the lesson time ends. If parents are running late, call the supervisor cell — we’ll stick around to handle it.

If your lesson ends at 3:00pm, add tear-down time (15 minutes). EXCEPTION: No tear-down for Funatics or School Group coaches.

Please do not combine multiple lesson times into one punch. Timecards need to reflect what actually happened throughout the day.
We were a bit flexible while we were getting things rolling, but moving forward we’ll be sending text reminders to correct timecards as needed.
Clinics:
Clinic totals have been posted and will continue to be updated weekly. If you’re unsure whether you’ve reached your 18 paid clinic hours, please check the board or ask one of us.

Schweitzer Staff Holiday Party 12/17
Wednesday, Dec 17, 2025 at 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM PST
Dinner, drinks and dessert provided.
Dinner will be served between 5:00pm and 6:00pm, arrivals later than 6:00 may have limited food options.
Live music, kids’ activities and a special visit from Santa.
Your immediate family (spouse, kids, siblings and parents you live with) or *1* non-family guest is welcome.
Do you have Children (11 years and younger) that will be attending?
Be sure to get them added to Santa’s Nice List by December 15th so they receive a gift from Santa – link below.
Adult Holiday Costume Contest
Wear your most festive holiday attire for good cheer and a change to win prizes. A parade and judging will take place at 7:00pm. Be sure to check in with a judge upon arrival to participate.
Downhill shuttle buses are available at 7:30pm and 8:30pm. Please be responsible and use the shuttle service. Don’t drink and drive.
