Timecard & Clinic Updates
A few quick reminders and updates to help keep everyone on the same page:

Line-up is 15 minutes before the lesson time. Clock out late only if a supervisor asks you to stay (late arrivals, lesson splits, etc.).

If you are assigned a lesson, clock out when the lesson time ends. If parents are running late, call the supervisor cell — we’ll stick around to handle it.

If your lesson ends at 3:00pm, add tear-down time (15 minutes). EXCEPTION: No tear-down for Funatics or School Group coaches.

Please do not combine multiple lesson times into one punch. Timecards need to reflect what actually happened throughout the day.
We were a bit flexible while we were getting things rolling, but moving forward we’ll be sending text reminders to correct timecards as needed.
Clinics:
Clinic totals have been posted and will continue to be updated weekly. If you’re unsure whether you’ve reached your 18 paid clinic hours, please check the board or ask one of us.
