PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Purpose
This program prepares teens (14-17) to become instructors who will coach their own group of students.
Commitment
- All evaluations and trainings are required
- 16 days minimum commitment (scheduled either Saturday or Sunday between 12/21 and closing)
- Additional Holiday days
Job Duties
- Assisting/teaching young children ages 4-10 the basics of skiing at the beginner levels
- Setting up and tearing down the beginner area and Magic Carpet for lessons
- Stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the cocoa yurt
Expectations
- Show up on time ready to work (suited & booted)
- Notify the Leadership Team and find a substitute if a day will be missed
- Work hard, help your teammates and have a great attitude
